When is check in and check out?

Check-in is normally after 12.30pm. You need to check out by 10.00 am, but we are usually flexible to your needs as long as you let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you will be later than 8.00pm. You can stop by earlier than the check-in time of 12.30pm and drop-off your bags and you can leave them here on the day you check out.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm daily, if you are arriving after office hours please let us know before your arrival. *Is alcohol allowed?. You are welcome to drink alcohol that you have purchased in the common areas. Please do not take alcohol into the bedrooms and we ask that you be mindful of other guests – we enjoy a drink or two but we aren’t a party hostel.

Why do I need a credit card to secure my booking?

We ask for your credit card details as a security measure, such as if you were to leave without paying or you were to set off the fire alarm. The fire alarm has a $1,500 fine – and if you are the cause of it, you will be charged! So please be careful with heaters and be careful in the kitchen.

Do you offer long term stays?

At certain types of the year we offer long-term accommodation if it is available at a reduced price. The minimal period for long-term prices is 1 week or longer. Please get in touch with us to see what we can do for you.
